The use and production process of cast iron testing platform

The use and production process of cast iron test platforms: As a manufacturer of cast iron parts such as cast iron platforms, test platforms, test iron bottom plates, cast iron ground rails, etc., the following is a brief introduction to the use and production process of these products:

Use and maintenance of cast iron testing platforms (motor testing platform, engine testing platform):

  1. When the cast iron test platform is not in use, the working surface should be cleaned in a timely manner, then coated with a layer of rust proof oil, and covered with rust proof paper. The outer packaging of the cast iron test platform should be used to cover it to prevent damage to the working surface of the cast iron test platform due to carelessness.

  2. The cast iron test platform should be installed in a ventilated and dry environment, away from heat sources, corrosive gases, and corrosive liquids.

  3. When using the cast iron testing platform, the force on the workpiece should be evenly distributed. Handle the workpiece with care and do not overload it to avoid damage to the cast iron testing platform.

  4. In order to prevent deformation of the cast iron test platform, when lifting the cast iron test platform, four steel wire ropes of the same length should be used to hang the four lifting holes on the cast iron test platform at the same time, and the cast iron test platform should be smoothly lifted onto the transportation tool.

  5. Pad and level the support points to ensure that each support point is uniformly stressed and that the entire cast iron test platform is stable.

  6. During installation, the various support points of the cast iron test platform should be padded and compacted with adjusting shims, and the cast iron test platform should be adjusted to a qualified accuracy by specialized technical personnel.

  7. When using, handle the workpiece gently and do not move rough workpieces on the cast iron test platform to avoid damage such as bumps and scratches on the working surface.

  8. In order to prevent the overall deformation of the cast iron test platform, after use, the workpiece should be removed from the cast iron test platform to avoid long-term heavy pressure on the cast iron test platform, which may cause deformation of the cast iron test platform.
